Terms & Conditions 

  1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed only after payment is received, either partially or in full depending on the specific service. Confirmation will be provided via email or WhatsApp with full details of the reservation.

  2. Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, and cash. Payment instructions will be shared once a quote or reservation is accepted.

  3. Deposits: For most services, a deposit of 30–50% is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due prior to service date unless otherwise agreed.

  4. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before service are fully refundable unless specified differently. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur up to 100% of the cost depending on the service and situation.

  5. Amendments to Bookings: Any changes to dates, number of passengers, destinations or service type must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and may result in price adjustments.

  6. Punctuality: Clients are expected to be ready at the agreed pick-up time. A grace period of 15–30 minutes is offered for private transport. Delays beyond that may incur additional charges or cancellation.

  7. Shared Shuttle Services: These operate on fixed schedules. Delays caused by traffic, weather or other external factors may occur. We are not responsible for missed connections due to such delays.

  8. Private Services: These allow flexibility in pick-up times and routes but must be agreed upon in advance. Unplanned deviations or overtime may incur additional fees.

  9. Vehicle Types: We reserve the right to assign the appropriate vehicle type based on the number of passengers and road conditions. All vehicles are licensed, insured, and operated by qualified drivers.

  10. Child and Booster Seats: Available upon request and subject to availability. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure proper use.

  11. Luggage Policy: Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one small carry-on. Extra or oversized luggage must be communicated in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

  12. Passenger Conduct: Abusive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior towards drivers, guides or fellow passengers will not be tolerated. Such behavior may result in immediate termination of the service without refund.

  13. Travel Insurance: Basic liability insurance is included in all transportation services. Personal travel insurance is highly recommended for coverage of health, belongings, or cancellations.

  14. Tours and Activities: Tours are subject to minimum participant requirements, weather conditions, and partner availability. In case of cancellation by the operator, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

  15. Group Bookings: Custom itineraries for groups may include coordination fees, and a designated group leader must remain in communication during travel days.

  16. Special Requests: All special requests (e.g. bilingual guides, dietary needs, special routes) must be submitted in writing and confirmed at least 48 hours before service.

  17. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by events outside of our control such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or road closures.

  18. Damage to Property: Clients are responsible for any damage to the vehicle, equipment, or property caused by misuse or negligence.

  19. Lost Items: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten personal items. Found items may be returned at the client’s expense.

  20. Acceptance of Terms: By making a reservation or quote request, the client accepts all terms and conditions stated above.
